Paris everyBODY sponsored the 2023 Rugby Sevens, which was hosted in BC Place, Vancouver, BC Canada. Rugby Canada provided each sponsor with a 40″ x 96″ field side board, facing the 55’000 person capacity audience.

As the lead designer at Paris everyBODY, I was tasked with designing this board. I provided two versions of the design to Rugby Canada. In the end, we chose the black version, to avoided unwanted reflections in the open air arena.

I was lucky enough to receive tickets to the event, and was able to snap the adjacent photo during my visit. I was very happy with the overall legibility of the design in it’s set environment.

This project helped me hone my understanding of environmental graphics and the importance of efficiency and readability from distances.
